Church Haven
This Nature Reserve is located between Yzerfontein and Langebaan with entrances in Langebaan or on the R27. The Park is a pristine nature reserve which offers an array of activities such as bird watching, game sighting, biking and whale spotting.
If you are on the West Coast in August and September then don’t miss the opportunity to visit the Postberg area which is only open for 2 months each year during the flower season.
Fossil Park
Situated between Vredenburg and Hopefield the Fossil Park promotes Earth History Tourism through fossils.
The main attraction is an excavation site that has uncovered 5 million old fossils.
